What We Can’t Help With #
- Sky / NOW / Virgin / EE customer service — please contact the service directly. We’re an independent review site, not their support desk.
- Account or billing problems with any streaming provider — see their support page.
- Setup help for grey-market IPTV — we don’t review or recommend unlicensed services and can’t help troubleshoot them.
- Cracked apps, jailbreaks or piracy queries — sorry, not what we do.
