What We Can Help With #

  • Editorial questions — clarifications on a review, missing detail, request for a follow-up.
  • Streaming service tip-offs — pricing changes, new channel additions, removed features.
  • Corrections — if we’ve got something wrong, please tell us. We update within 48 hours.
  • Service suggestions — UK platforms we haven’t covered yet but should.
  • Partnership enquiries — affiliate networks, content collaborations, podcast invites.

What We Can’t Help With #

  • Sky / NOW / Virgin / EE customer service — please contact the service directly. We’re an independent review site, not their support desk.
  • Account or billing problems with any streaming provider — see their support page.
  • Setup help for grey-market IPTV — we don’t review or recommend unlicensed services and can’t help troubleshoot them.
  • Cracked apps, jailbreaks or piracy queries — sorry, not what we do.

Response Times #

Editorial questions and corrections: same working day.
Service tip-offs and partnership enquiries: within 2 working days.
Anything else: up to 5 working days when the team is travelling.

We don’t have a phone line — email is the most efficient way for a small editorial team to track every conversation and get back to readers properly.
